• ▪Payment information: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.

3. How we use your information

• ▪To process payments and manage institution subscriptions.

4. How submissions are evaluated

When a student submits an essay or speaking response, the content is sent to our AI evaluation provider solely to generate a band score and feedback. Submissions are used to provide the evaluation service and are not sold to third parties.

5. Who can see student data

A student’s learning data is visible to the student and to authorised staff of the institution that invited them. We do not share individual student data with other institutions. Our team may access data only as needed to operate and support the platform.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the service. Institutions may request deletion of student data, and we will remove it within a reasonable period, subject to any legal obligations.

7. Data security

We use industry-standard measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

8. Your rights
