Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the IELTS Master platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: June 2026

1. The service

IELTS Master provides an AI-powered IELTS training and assessment platform to training institutions, education consultants, and their students. Features include AI evaluation of writing and speaking, training content, and progress tracking.

2. Accounts

  • Institution administrators are responsible for the accounts they create and the students they invite.
  • Students access the platform by invitation from their institution.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the platform only for legitimate IELTS training and assessment purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Do not resell or redistribute access without our written agreement.

4. Assessments and credits

Institutions purchase plans that include a number of assessments. Each student submission evaluated by our AI consumes one assessment. Assessments are consumed as used, and additional assessments may be purchased as top-ups from the institution dashboard.

5. AI evaluation disclaimer

Our AI evaluations are designed around the official IELTS band descriptors and provide examiner-style feedback for training purposes. They are an aid to preparation and are not official IELTS results. Actual IELTS test outcomes are determined solely by the official testing bodies. We do not guarantee any particular score on the official test.

6. Payments

Subscription fees and top-ups are payable through our payment processor. Fees are stated at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once assessments have been used.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, and its training content are the property of IELTS Master and its licensors. Your institution’s own branding and content remain yours. "IELTS" is a registered trademark of its respective owners; we are an independent platform and are not affiliated with the official IELTS test.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates from time to time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, IELTS Master is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the relevant period.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the platform from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time.
